USA Petite Miss 2011-Sarah Sawyer
I was recently crowned USA Petite Miss 2011 and named photogenic winner for my division. I am a Senior in high school, who is dedicated and strives to be the best. I am a competitive cheerleader, and enjoy many other activities as well. I graduated from John Casablanca’s Modeling & Acting School, and have a unique fondness for helping out in my community. My brother Brian is my hero, he supports me in everything I do. I am proud to call him my brother because he is in the United States Army and works very hard, and no matter what, he does his best to keep up with everything in my life. My platform is promoting and teaching young kids about keeping themselves healthy. I worked very hard to get ready for Petite Nationals, even though I knew I was one of the youngest in my division, I didn’t let that get me down. I did my best and gave it my all, and most of all had fun! One of my favorite quotes is “Never let the fear of striking out, keep you from playing the game” – A Cinderella Story. It’s my favorite quote because I feel that even if you’re scared and want to back out, don’t because in the end you will have gained something. I am proud to be representing the USA Petite system, and am VERY proud to be your USA Petite Miss 2011!
